When you provide us with information, you can rest assured that we at KFR are committed to protecting your privacy. We respect your right to security and service in relation to our usage of personal information at all times. The use, disclosure and retention of personal information by KFR is subject to the privacy provisions in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, effective 21 December 2001. The National Privacy Principles established by the Privacy Act 1988 apply to Kyte Financial Recruitment.
What types of personal information are collected by KFR?
- Information obtained to assist us in attending to the needs of our clients and maintaining sound relationships with them
- Information relating to work performance of prospective employees
- Information submitted and obtained in relation to absences from work due to leave, illness or other causes
- Information provided by the Candidate, such as a resume, and other sources in connection with applications for positions with clients of KFR
For which purposes does KFR hold personal information?
We primarily hold personal information for the following reasons:

- Training and development
- Client and business relationship management
- Marketing functions
- Placement - related functions
Disclosures
We may disclose your personal information for the purposes for which it is primarily held or for a related secondary purpose. In some cases we may only disclose information with your consent.
We may disclose your personal information where we are under a legal duty to do so, including circumstances where we are under a lawful duty of care to disclose information.
Contractors
Like most companies, KFR contracts out a number of services as required. Our contractors may see some of your personal information. Typical contractors would include I.T. contractors and database designers.
